Rupesh S. Ghadi

UX/UI Designer · Product Designer · Mumbai, India

I design digital products that turn complex workflows into clear, usable experiences.

8+ years across UX/UI, product design and design systems - recently fintech onboarding, enterprise dashboards, SaaS platforms and B2C apps. I like the messy problems: decision-heavy journeys, failure states, and the seams where a product hands off to a human or a third party.

AI-enhanced workflow

AI is part of my workflow. Not my decision maker.

AI removes the friction from my process so the craft gets more of my attention, not less. Here's where it plugs in - and where the decisions stay human.

About

A designer who's comfortable in the messy middle

I started in graphic and motion design and grew into UX/UI and product design - which means I care about both how a product works and how it feels. Over 8+ years at Logicloop I've moved from crafting single screens to owning end-to-end flows and the systems behind them.

My sweet spot is decision-heavy, workflow-driven products: fintech onboarding, enterprise dashboards, lending and insurance platforms, and B2C apps. I'm at my best designing the parts most people skip - the failure states, the edge cases, and the handoffs between the user, the system, and the people behind it.

Away from the screen: cricket, football, F1 weekends, lifting weights, gaming, and quietly judging badly designed menus, parking signs, and ticket machines.
